Dholera SIR FAQs

Dholera Mega Industrial Park is located in Dholera SIR, Gujarat, around 100 km from Ahmedabad. It is part of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), making it a key industrial and investment zone in India.

The Dholera Industrial Park is still under construction and being developed in phases. Infrastructure like roads, drainage, and utility systems is already in progress, while industrial activity will increase gradually.

Industries like solar energy, electronics manufacturing, heavy engineering, logistics, and semiconductor-related sectors are planned. Multiple companies have shown interest, especially in renewable and manufacturing sectors.

Dholera is a real, government-backed project under DMIC. On-ground development like roads, solar projects, and infrastructure work is already happening, though full development will take time.

Many investors consider Dholera a long-term investment opportunity due to planned infrastructure and industrial growth. However, returns depend on location, project phase, and timeline of development.

Dholera SIR covers over 900 sq. km, and the Mega Industrial Park is a major part of this region, making it one of the largest planned industrial zones in India.

Dholera is connected via road from Ahmedabad, and the Ahmedabad–Dholera Expressway is under development. Future plans include an international airport and improved rail connectivity.

The master plan and project details can be accessed through official Dholera SIR or government websites. Company lists and updates are released phase-wise and may not always be available in a single PDF.
